I hereby voluntarily waive any and all claims, demands, or actions, including any and all costs and expenses, related to or arising out of, directly or indirectly, my participation at the CCAE 2022 State Conference, including specifically, but not limited to, any and all claims, demands, or actions against CCAE, the organization, volunteers, directors, officers, employees, and other related parties.
By registering for the event, I agree to my likeness being used to promote the event, future CCAE events and to release CCAE and its affiliates from any obligations resulting from my likeness being shared.
