By registering for the event, I agree to my likeness being used to promote the event, future CCAE events and to release CCAE and its affiliates from any obligations resulting from my likeness being shared.

COVID-19*

Important notice re COVID-19: Please note any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at the event. CANCELLATION POLICY*

Conference registration canceled on or BEFORE April 10, 2024 is refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee.
Registrations canceled AFTER April 10, 2024 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual. Please contact CCAE at [email protected] for registration transfer.
