I hereby voluntarily waive any and all claims, demands, or actions, including any and all costs and expenses, related to or arising out of, directly or indirectly, my participation at the CCAE 2025 State Conference, including specifically, but not limited to, any and all claims, demands, or actions against CCAE, the organization, volunteers, directors, officers, employees, and other related parties.
By registering for the event, I agree to my likeness being used to promote the event, future CCAE events and to release CCAE and its affiliates from any obligations resulting from my likeness being shared.

CANCELLATION POLICY*

Conference registration canceled on or BEFORE March 31, 2025 is refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee.
Registrations canceled AFTER March 31, 2025 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual. Please contact CCAE at [email protected] for registration transfer.
